Guess who’s coming to the Philippines? Okay, there’s the Pope. But I’m not going to talk about the upcoming Papal visit- we’ve got some other amazing person coming to town this week and that’s MICHELLE HODKIN!!!!
There’s probably something wrong with me that I’m more excited about her book signing tour than the Pope visiting. Well, whatever. Michelle Hodkin’s signing in Manila is the first bookish event of 2015 and I have high hopes it’ll be an awesome one. After all, she is one of my fave authors and the Mara Dyer series is one of the most mind-blowing series I’ve ever read.
To my fellow PH bookworms, here’s what you need to know about the signing:
Seriously, this is going to be epic! I can’t wait to meet Michelle and tackle hug her for bring Noah Shaw into my life and of course get my precious books signed. Aside from that, I’m really hoping to meet lots of fabulous bookworms during the event! I’ll be attending the Fully Booked BGC signing so if you’ll be there as well, let’s meet up! Just tweet me/comment below if you’re interested!
Ah- I can’t wait for this weekend! I hope to see you there, my wonderful PH readers and fellow bloggers! <3
To everyone elsewhere, have you met Michelle Hodkin before? Or do you want to? Have you read the Mara Dyer series yet?

That is so awesome! I am sure you will have lots of fun meeting Michelle Hodkin and other bloggers. I really need to get into her books. I love books that are twisted and mysterious. Will def. pick it up someday.
Since i am nowhere near in MNL …i sent my babies to my friend there who is going to attend the event and have my copies signed :) as much as i want to really meet her in person there is just no time and budget for it :/ but i’m excited for my books to be signed tho hehehe. I have read this series and it is scary and a total mind f@ck…ahahaha! in a good way.
I don’t think I’ve read anything by her, but it’s always exciting when an author you admire visits close by. I wanted to miss a wedding so I could go to a signing, but a friend ended up getting my books signed for me.
You Manila fangirls are so lucky!!! It seems every popular YA author loves it there. If only they’d come to Sydney!
Ooh, how exciting! I hope you have an absolutely amazing time at the signing. (And pshaw, there’s nothing wrong with you! It’s perfectly natural to be over-the-moon excited about author events, haha!)
Have a great time, Hazel; I’ll look forward to hearing all about it on the blog!
Hope you can see her, you’re so lucky!
I still need to read her third book; I hear it’s really good. ;)
